Job Description:

The ideal Business Development Representative will help generate revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of viable sales leads and helping create a local market strategy. You will be responsible for developing relationships with new prospects as well as fostering ongoing opportunities with existing clients. Some travel will be required (mostly within a 250 mile radius).

Essential Duties:

• Proactively seek new business opportunities

• Strategize innovative marketing methods

• Manage and track prospective client outreach

• Report strategies and results to relevant team members

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous outside sales experience is a must. Industrial or construction sales experience preferred.

• “Hunter” sales mentality – goal driven and self-motivated

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
